When will my order be delivered?

Your order will take up to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) to be dispatched from our warehouse, it will then be sent on a Royal mail 48hour delivery service which can take up to 3 days to be delivered.

How do I get free delivery?

We don't currently offer free delivery, however, sign up to our newsletter to be the first to find out when there are promotions for your order.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery in 2-3 days is £4.99

How will I know if my order has been dispatched?

As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and your delivery information. You can also login to your account at any time to see the status of your order.

How are my products personalised?

Most of our products are personalised using embroidery and the highest quality thread. It provides a much better effect than the print alternatives and creates a permanent premium feel that is long lasting. However, we also offer some print alternatives on certain products where this method looks best.

I want to purchase the items as a gift, will any pricing be included?

With every order we include an invoice with details of the order and pricing. If you would like this removed and emailed to you instead then please let us know within one hour of placing your order via  Customerservice@ruffandco.co.uk  We do not add any pricing to our items.

Can I provide a gift message with my order?

Yes, we are happy to support this. If you would like to add a special message, please email us within one hour of placing your order with the details of the message you want to send.  This will be placed on a gift card, which arrives with the parcel for the recipient to see when delivered.

What if I have changed my mind and want to return my order?

If the order has been damaged in any way then please get in contact within 14 working days of receiving the order. We will replace the products if they have been damaged. However, due to the nature of personalised products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless it is a fault on our part. Please refer to our online returns policy for full details.

I’ve made a mistake when placing my order, how do I change it?

If you notice that you have made an error on your ordering, please contact us as soon as you can with the amends. We request that this is done within one hour of placing your order. Please note if your order is already in production or has been completed, these amends cannot be made, and this is how you will receive your order.

I have forgotten my password; how do I log in to view my orders?

Please go to the sign in area and press on forgotten password and reset your information to gain access to your account.

Are your items true to size?

We aim to provide accurate sizes for each product, and we have added size guides or dimension details to each product description for you to refer to.

Please note - our customer service team are not able to advise on which size to purchase.
